Spelling - write list 1, vocal 1X with definitions, spelling words 2X each
Literature - worksheet on personification
Math - 1-2 worksheet, divisibility rules
Science, read 1o, 11, 12 and comprehension check up 1-1 on notebook paper
We had a 40 minute study hall so most of this homework could have been done at school. If you find your child bringing most of this home, ask them what they were doing doing during study hall. We are really working toward organization and independence in 6th grade.

Monday Homework
Bible - write Jeremiah 29:11-13 on paper. Make sure you use the correct headings.
We had a wonderful first day of school learning all the rules and procedures in 6th grade. The student's did a wonderful job of listening. Ask your child what some of their morning jobs are. If you have not turned in all of the emergency contact information, please do so as soon as possible. You still can turn the tickler in this week as well. Thans for all you do to support Cornerstone, you are great! Mrs. Merical

Orientation
